As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will actively support the strategic and tactical plans of Sales and Sales Operations. In this role you will coordinate sales compensation activities, special sales events & projects, sales documentation and communication. You will be key in Longview’s talent strategy as you will be responsible for onboarding new sales hires and creating an amazing employee experience.
Here’s some of what you’ll get to do:

  • Ensure accurate sales credit reporting in Compensation Management tools through consistent integrity in data entry and quality control methods – leveraging data from Finance Systems and
  • Maintain critical Sales documents including Sales Incentive Guides and Sales Compensation Plans
  • Assist in planning, preparing, constructing and maintaining Sales Department content and communications through various mediums including the Sales Portal and Chatter
  • Participate in the planning, coordinating and execution of Sales events  
  • Be accountable for all sales onboarding from the plan, content, coordination, training and delivery 
  • Maintains an understanding of the functions of the Sales, Finance, Marketing and other internal departments and the underlying systems and methods supporting those departments

  • Secondary School Diploma required. Business Administration degree or diploma, an asset
  • Excellent written communications including proofreading skills in German as well as English. French would be advantageous
