Langenfeld, Germany. 28 May 2010 – arcplan, an independent business intelligence solution provider, today announced its new global product management team. Stefan Koch and Jens Duhme, based at the company’s headquarters in Langenfeld, Germany, are heading up the team as Vice President Product Management and Senior Product Manager respectively. Aju Mathew is the new Director of Product Management North America at the US office in Philadelphia. The team’s goal is to develop a strategic product roadmap and position the company as a top global provider of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions.

Stefan Koch, Vice President Product Management, has over 12 years’ experience in management and BI. Prior to arcplan, Koch was managing director at Polygon Solutions following positions at Cundus AG and AIS Consulting GmbH. Koch has particular expertise in the financial area and has been working with arcplan solutions for many years. The new Senior Product Manager, Jens Duhme, started his career as a sales consultant at Oracle in Germany and later in Ireland, where he was a lead system consultant for Oracle’s BI products before joining arcplan. The third member of the management team, Aju Mathew, was already working at arcplan as Senior Manager Pre-Sales Engineering before his appointment as Director of Product Management North America.

The department is to be headed up by the German team in Langenfeld to facilitate direct interaction with product development. “This provides a big advantage, as decision-making processes are faster and more efficient,” says Roland Hoelscher, CTO at arcplan. The new team will drive the ongoing strategic development and extension of arcplan’s product portfolio, which comprises the three solutions arcplan Enterprise, arcplan Edge, and arcplan Excel Analytics. They will also strengthen the arcplan brand and position the company as a top-flight provider of CPM solutions.
