eLearning - Administrator Training

The Administrator class consists of seven videos that explain the set-up of arcplan's software components, how to upgrade each component and how to configure Internet information services for arcplan use for Windows 2003 and 2008 servers. It also covers various arcplan server settings including setting up an arcplan server to deliver email, setting up shared query cache functionality, arcplan session analysis utility, and load balancing.

There is a short quiz at the end of each video to test your knowledge. There is also a final test at the end of the class that you must pass in order to print your certificate.

How Often May I Try?

You can follow the course from start to finish (recommended) or jump to a specific topic at any time, which is helpful when you want to review a concept as you are working in arcplan Enterprise. All lessons may be viewed as many times as you like. The quizzes, however, can be taken only once. The class is available to you for 30 days or until you complete the class by passing the final exam.
