1) Where is arcplan Education located?

2) Where do I spend the night while attending arcplan Enterprise training?

Upon registration, you will receive a list of suggested hotels in the area near our training centers.

3) How do I register for a class?

4) How will I know if my registration has been received?

You will receive confirmation via email after your registration has been processed. However, we cannot hold your spot in the class until payment has been received in full. If you have registered and have not received a confirmation, please email arcplan Education in Europe at education@arcplan.com, or in the Americas at educationUS@arcplan.com.

5) What documentation is provided in class?

Each education participant receives a binder with the course description and sample exercises as well as a CD with the completed training application, which is based on the ODBC data link. A Microsoft Access database serves as the data base, however if your training uses a multidimensional database, you will also receive a compressed file of the database. With these materials, you will be able to recreate the individual exercises covered during class after the completion of the course, or to consult them to help with problem solving.

6) Is it possible to host a training class for my employees onsite at my organization?

Yes, training can be hosted at your company location, however onsite training courses require a minimum of four participants. To find out more about hosting an arcplan Enterprise training session for your employees, please contact arcplan Education in Europe at education@arcplan.com, or in the Americas at educationUS@arcplan.com.

7) What is the maximum class size?

In order to ensure maximum efficiency and valuable knowledge transfer, arcplan Education classes are limited to a maximum of eight participants.
