Detlef Kamps' extensive experience in the enterprise software field stretches back two decades. Before joining arcplan in 2008, he was co-founder (in 1998) and President of RedDot Solutions Corp, the US operations of web content management specialist RedDot. Detlef ensured rapid, profitable growth and a loyal, satisfied customer base and conducted the successful sale of the company to Hummingbird, which is now part of Open Text. Prior to RedDot, Kamps served as vice-president of sales and marketing at Spectrum Laboratories, Inc., a California-based provider of bioprocessing solutions. At Spectrum, he defined and implemented successful direct sales, marketing, and business development strategies.

Previously, he was a consultant at Kurt Salmon Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in the retail, consumer products, and healthcare industries, where he developed IT strategies for multiple Fortune 500 companies in Europe and the US.

Detlef holds a BA in economics from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn (Germany) and an MA in business administration, economics and computer science from the Freie Universität Berlin.

Roland Hoelscher joined arcplan in 1993. As Marketing Director, he was responsible for the market introduction of arcplan's first software solution, inSight, in 1994 and he established the U.S. subsidiary, arcplan, Inc. in 1997. Roland served as its CEO & President, responsible for corporate development and strategies in North and South America until he returned to arcplan Information Services AG in 2003. Previously, he held many integral positions with arcplan including Director of Application Development and Director of Marketing.

Prior to his employment with arcplan, Roland worked for a consulting organization, conducting portfolio analysis to support the strategy development of financial intitutions. His versatility and various positions at arcplan and other companies have made him an expert in the business intelligence field.

Roland holds a degree in Economics from the Westfaelische Wilhelms University in Muenster, Germany.

Frank Zimpel, qualified bank officer and graduate in business economics, has more than 19 years of professional experience, with 16 years in management positions. Prior to joining arcplan in 2009, Frank was Managing Director at denkwerk GmbH, an internet agency in Germany focussing on branding, online advertising, e-commerce solutions, and technology services. While successfully leading denkwerk for seven years, he was instrumental in the restructuring of the agency for growth and profitability. He had a leading role in establishing denkwerk as one of the Top 15 Internet Agencies.

From 1997 to 2001, Frank led the finance department of Uncle Sam GmbH & Co. KG, an international sportswear company where he was responsible for the integration of new companies. He also held key positions at Toyota Kreditbank GmbH and Schäfer Sportswear GmbH.
