arcplan’s training program empowers our customers and partners to continue to reap rewards from arcplan applications. The sessions are held in modern, conveniently-located training facilities in Europe and North America and are offered in multiple languages. Small class sizes provide for one-to-one attention and hands-on experience.

There are three levels of classes offered. Foundation Training teaches participants to independently develop arcplan Enterprise and arcplan Edge applications (arcplan Edge training optional). The Advanced and Expert level courses enable participants to maintain and expand arcplan applications, with the option to become certified by arcplan.

Our service and implementation partners are required to complete arcplan training courses and demonstrate their expertise through our intensive CaEAD certification test. This process helps ensure that our customers will be served by the most capable team possible.

Starting spring 2010 arcplan offers more and more of their training courses in its convenient eLearning program. No more travel required, set up individual schedules to fit learning cycles into your day-to-day workload. All eLearning courses include a final test and certificates are provided.
